1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Thank you for choosing ABSOLUTE Owner Builder. We provide our services to you subject to the
following Terms of Service ("TOS").
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
ABSOLUTE Owner Builder provides its registered users with the ability to receive your owner builder permit
online. Unless otherwise stated, new features or enhancements shall be subject
to these same TOS. The user agrees that the ABSOLUTE Owner Builder service is provided "AS-IS"
and that the company assumes no responsibility for the timeliness or accuracy of
information provided, nor is ABSOLUTE Owner Builder responsible for
the deletion, loss or non-delivery of information.
Users agree that the information contained on the site by ABSOLUTE Owner Builder is general only.
ABSOLUTE Owner Builder does not purport the owner-builder course to be comprehensive. Users should not act solely on the basis of course material
contained on the site without obtaining qualified professional advice.
3. USER REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
In order to use the ABSOLUTE Owner Builder service, the user agrees to:
- provide accurate, complete information about himself/herself as required on the registration form; and
- promptly update the data in order to maintain its accuracy and completeness.
If the user provides any
information that is found to be inaccurate, ABSOLUTE Owner Builder retains the right to suspend or
terminate the user's membership status and to refuse any and all current or future use
of the ABSOLUTE Owner Builder service.

5. MEMBER ACCOUNT INTEGRITY
When establishing an account with ABSOLUTE Owner Builder, users select a username and password in order
to access and to identify themselves within the ABSOLUTE Owner Builder examination system. The user is
responsible for maintaining the integrity of these login details, and is solely
responsible for all activities that occur under that password or account. The user agrees
to immediately notify ABSOLUTE Owner Builder of any unauthorized use of your account. ABSOLUTE Owner Builder is
not liable for any loss or damage arising from the user's failure to comply with this section.

ABSOLUTE Owner Builder does not sell or provide access to your personal information to any 3rd parties.
How is my personal information protected?
The information you provide to ABSOLUTE Owner Builder is protected using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption,
ensuring the security of the data during transmission. The registered user is solely responsible for
maintaining the integrity of personal passwords and account information.
Disclosure as required by law.
Only in certain instances, such as by law, court order or as requested by government or law enforcement
authority, ABSOLUTE Owner Builder may be required to disclose member information. The company may disclose member
information if, in good faith, it believes that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights and/or property of the company.
