We ensure that prospective owner-builders meet the educational requirements of the NSW Office of Fair Trading (NSW OFT) and the ACT Planning & Land Authority (ACT PLA).
We are able to achieve this through an in-depth knowledge of the relevant laws, combined with a strong technological knowledge.

to demonstrate to either the NSW Office of Fair Trading or the ACT Planning & Land Authority, that they have successfully met their educational obligations and thus
enabling customers to receive their owner-builders permit.
